Mail Merge - Business Contacts

Hi there - is it possible, when doing a mail merge, to set it up to take the
address details from the account record that the contact is linked to, RATHER
than having to manually input the business address into each unique contact
record...? I've ticked "business" address for the contact, but the mail
merge isn't picking it up and to manually put the address into the contact
record is going to be very time consuming.

Not that I'm aware of but each business contact that you create from the
account should be automatically populated with the account's address
information.
