I got the same or similar when trying to install money 2005.
I denied the pop up window's request to give this thing network access. If
MS Money needs access to the network for something, it should tell me more
about where it's trying to reach than this cryptic thing....
anything.microsoft.com would have made me feel a whole lot more comfortable

Maybe it means Money needs access to Internet to complete some part of the
process during installation. Remember, Money 2005 includes tools for Online
banking, so maybe it was possibly checking for an Internet Connection to
connect to MSN Money.

It doesn't give you anything, and you can't report it to
Microsoft either. When you try to submit, it gives an
error.
