We have a 10 page mailing list located in word 2007. Each name has an
associated address and sometime telephone number. Each name, address, phone
number is grouped together followed by a blank space between the next group.
The list starts at the top of the page and continues down to the bottom of
the page. No columns. Just page after page after page of mailing addresses.
The list is NOT bullet type or numbered. Just page after page after page of
mailing addresses.
Is there a simple way to alphabetize the list? To alphabetize the first
letter of the name on the first line of each group or something similar?
We are somewhat computer challenged when confronted with these types of
issues. Your help is greatly appreciated and welcomed.
