Mail in Html

I am a new convertie from Express to Outlook. I want to RECEIVE my emails
default in HTML, as I did in Outlook express. Messeges that used to come in
Html in Express, now come in plain text. Where do I change it to make it my
html my default receiving setting?
 
You can't change the receiving format just the sending format. You can
change the font for Plain Text messages here: Tools menu > Options > Mail
Format tab > Fonts button

The sender controls the format. If you're actually receiving HTML mail and
it's being presented in Plain Text, click Tools>Options>E-mail Options and
see if "Read all standard mail in plain text" is checked.
 
I have the same problem, and I guess the only thing to do is just click the
bar at top of message and click "Display as HTML". A royal pain.
 
I have the same problem with outlook 2007. My other computer has 2003 on it
and it has the box to check to read all mail in plain text. I don't get the
bar at the top saying disply as html. Can someone tell what I need to do to
receive these messages with outlook 2007.

If you have the "Read as Plain Text" option enabled, disable it.
 
My outlook 2007 does not have that option under tools options and E-mail
options. Is it located somewhere else with 2007. My Outlook 2003 has the
option to read as plain text, I have it disabled on that computer and it
works fine.

It's under Tools>Trust Center>E-mail Security in Outlook 2007.
