Hello, i'd like to know what do i need to implement a mail
solution in a client in terms of software, hardware,
services, etc?

The client have three companies: one with 34 users and the
other one in the same city with 43 and 27 users.

Don't you think your client would be better equipped to tell you what s/he
wants in terms of services?
