Mail Icon No Longer

Windows used to have a mail icon in Control Panel where you could delete
Outlook identities/folder inf. Now that I am running XP and I want to have
Outlook forget the mail file settings etc., where can I do this ??
 
Those same options are available from inside Outlook (Tools \ Options)
