Joel P.

I have 1 user that for some reason, every once in a while
some of her mail will go to another user.
It is always from one sender and goes to only this one
recipient on accident inside of our org. The names are
totally dissimilar.

Any ideas?

Joel p.

Sounds like the sender is using the BCC field of the email to send the msg
to the other users.

Dear Joel,

Thank you for your posting.

Based on the issue, in order to provide you with efficient support, and to
relieve you of the burden of trying unnecessary troubleshooting steps,
please assist me in collecting some detailed information:

1. Does the issue only occur from one specific sender? Ask the sender to
send a test email only to this user again to check the issue. Does the
issue occur?

2. Does the email always go to the same another user or different another
user?

In addition, please create a new Outlook profile to test the issue.

Hi Joel,

I haven't heard back from you yet and I'm just writing in to see if you
have had an opportunity to gather the information and test the issue in new
Outlook profile. If you could get back to me at your earliest convenience
with the test results, we will be able to make headway towards a
resolution.

I am looking forward to your reply.
