Mail forwarding on Exchange 2010

Hi All,

Can emails for a mailbox be forwarded to more than one person from an external address? If so, how do I set it up?

I created a distribution group and set the forwarding of mails to that group however when emails are sent from an external email address to that mailbox, users receive NDR's.

Can anyone help?

If you go into the "Distribution Group", "Mail Flow Settings", "Message Delivery Restrictions", you'll notice that a box "Require that all senders are authenticated" is ticked, un-tick that and see if it now works.
