mail folders backup

How do I back up my mail folders (XP PRO) to a disc. I'm getting ready to
reinstall my OS.

Please, old guy needs help! After doing system recovery
on my Compaq with XP Home Edition, I can't find my
personal folders or address book. I use Outlook Express
for mail stuff. Thanks, Dick

If you mean you used your system's recovery disks, this usually wipes the
drive, thus deleting everything on it before reinstalling. If you are
referring to something other than that, please post back and explain.
