I received this error message just now, used the Task Manager to close the
program and restared it with no problems. Mail opened the message it
couldn't moments before. I have 2 gigs of ram, 320 gig hard drive, nVidia
7300 video card. Is there a setting I can adjust to alocate more memory to
the my mail program? I have less than three hundred messages in all
folders, including deleted and sent. Is it a memory problem or something
else?

Things to try...
TOOLS menu|OPTIONS|ADVANCED tab|MAINTENANCE button

See "compacting" to every 5 or 10 runs.
Review the clean up and deleting options.

See HELP & SUPPORT for related info.

Hi Dev, thank you for the reply. I just did remove all messages and
headers, Mail says my database is 118 mb, is that a lot? It didn't go down
when I cleaned it up.

I will read the help and support right away.

Well, help sucks.

That's a default error message that is totally bogus.

If you are still having the problem, you can try my WMUtil program to
compact and if needed, repair the database. See www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/

If that doesn't help, then post back.
