mail as attachement

I have a user who has a new PC running XP and Office 2000.

When trying to mail as attachment, the users contacts are not
displayed, instead Mai Indentity contacts and Shared contacts are
shown and there is no option to display contacts.

I have changed the settings etc, but can not get contacts to display.
Does anybody know a solution.

I think that this may be something to do with XP as when mailing as
attachement using Windows 2000 and Office 2000 it works fine.

I"m not sure I understand where you are expecting contacts to be displayed.
 
Its after, you have clicked in Word or Excel

Mail as attachment,
Click the "To" button.

At this point the normal contacts are not displayed. Instead it is
the other 2 options previously mentioned.

What options previously mentioned? The newsgroup interface you are using
apparently does not quote earlier messages in the thread, making your latest
message so short on detail that you risk not getting the answer you're
looking for. Please take the time to quote the original message.

Check the mail mode in Help | About -- is it COrporate/Workgroup or Internet
Mail Only?
