Mail allert ?

In outlook express you can turn on the Mail allert that gives a popup sign
when you get new mail. Is there a mail alert program also for windows
Mail ?

Windows Mail and Outlook Express both have a New Mail icon that displays
in the SysTray. OE did not have any popup sign.
