Hi!!

I have found a fix that I need on Technet. It says that I should contact
Microsoft support. But how? The only support I find cost money. Anyone know
how to contact MS for this kind of issue?

Microsoft usually has a free phone support (usually 0800 number) in each
country (or region). You may try your luck there. In my country, they are
extremly helpfull. Surf to www.microsoft.com/your_country to find out the
number.

I'm assuming that you're referring to a hotfix that was noted in a
Knowledge Base article. If you actually read the article you'll find
that if the PSS person determines that you need the hotfix in question,
you won't be charged with the support call. Follow the instructions in
the KB and call PSS.
 
....and note that if you mention to the operator who answers the call that
you need a hotfix, they can usually send it to you themselves nowadays - no
need to wait in the hold queue for a PSS tech.
