First, you needs to fix your computer's time zone setting.
It is set for US Pacific time zone (the default), while you are actually
located in the Philippines. This causes your posts to appear 16 hours
in the future, among other things.

Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your email service provider will typically have a web page that shows
how to set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the
name of your email service provider. If you currently don't have an
email address, we can help with that also.

how do i set up a windows mail account.? i am not familiar with windows
mail. tnx.
