Anyone have a suggestion for a good freeware version of above?

Used to have one...wife wants it back, don't really remember what it's
called or if it was MahJong or Taipei or something similar.

Suggestions appreciated.

TIA

A great site for Solitaire MahJongg was posted by
Vegard Krog Petersen.

I believe you can still find the thread in this group or look over at

Try Kyodai http://www.kyodai.com.
You can download the freeware version instead of shareware.

This is a great site that's just been posted on alt.comp.freeware.games

Thanks for that, already found that through a search. Lots of info, etc.,
there and have d/l one game. Guess I'm really looking for the ultimate
freeware Mahjong game that will really challenge my wife because she's so
good at it.
Appreciate the suggestions so far.

You have an excellent Mahjong site, really interesting and full of good
stuff...keep up the great work.

I downloaded your VBMahjongg Beta 8 and will get my wife to give it a go.
Nice graphics and setup.
Maybe I'll even get hooked on it.

Thanks for the reply and the effort,

Stoney
