Magnetic Video Tape tp PC and then CD or DVD??

Hi Team, hoping you can help me out again.
Is there a way to transfer images and sound from Magnetic Video Tape (Not
Digital)
to the computer and then burn to CD or DVD? If so then is there any
(preferably) freeware
to help do this?

If you have a TV or video card with Video-in that's possible with
Virtualdub. After capture you can convert to MPEG-1 or 2 and burn to
VCD/DVD. go ot www.dvdrhelp.com
