Magic Carpet running too fast under XPPro

I've just got Magic Carpet (DOS game from 1995) to run in WinXP Pro, but it's running too fast due to the low requirement spec (by todays standards).

Does Anyone know of a way to slow the game down? Any help gratefully recieved.
