I do not know how to write in Russian...

My boss gave me the task of hack in a IBM 8265 switch as they lost the admin
password.

I have physical access to the machine. But

I can not kill all the configurations in place because no one here know how to
rebuild them!

There is some kind of IBM "magic password" back-door... as far as I know...

Anyone here could help me?

Just a thought: If the switch stores its configuration on flash
you could copy the contents of that medium prior to any hacking
attempt...

That might also be your way in, if the password can be reset
on the storage medium.

If IBM is sensible, the "magic password" will be different for each
machine, if it exists. However they might be able to ship you
a flash-module with a knowen password or recover your configuration
from your Flash.
