I am trying to create a macro so that I can enter the same meeting
information in the notes everytime. I have the same macro created in Word so
I copied and pasted it in Outlook/Calendar. This macro will not run in my
meeting notice. Does anyone know how to create and run a macro in a meeting
notice?

I presume you're using Outlook 2007, because a Word macro would be irrelevant
to a meeting request in earlier versions. The page at
http://turtleflock-ol2007.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!C1013F1F9A99E3D8!579.entry
explains how to modify a Word macro to make it act on an Outlook item body.

FYI, this is the wrong newsgroup for macro issues. Instead, use the
microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba newsgroup, which is available on the web
at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba

Thanks for your response. I am actually using 2003. I'm assuming by your
response that I can not run a macro in 2003. Is this correct?

No, that's not what I said at all. You cannot convert a Word macro to do
anything with an Outlook 2003 meeting item body. Only Outlook objects are
relevant to that scenario. (TIP: Always include your Outlook version when
posting in Outlook forums.)

If you're new to Outlook VBA, you might want to start with the information
