macros

My mother occasionally needs help with her computer and to talk her through
setting up the "invite a friend" routine I wanted to know if there is a way
for me to set up a macro on her computer so she can just click on something
and BOOM! I get an email inviting me to access her system.

If not, is there a way I can send her an email asking permission to access
her system? Something to make is easy for she and I.

I just goggled and found hits for macros. Now my question is which is
recommended and free?
