Hello Everybody,

I understand that Macros are stored in the current presentation. Is there an
easy way to make a macro available for all presentations ?

I would like to create/record 2 macros coreesponding to two print commands
with particular settings, and assign them to two buttons I would add to a
toolbar.

How could I do that ?

Thanks in advance for your kind help.

With best regards,

Daniel

Daniel,

You could store them in a presentation, and link to toolbar buttons. But it
would need to open that presentation containing the macros every time you
wanted to use it.

The best way to do it is to build a Addin which will auto load the macros
and a corresponding toolbar:

Hello Glen,

Thank you very much for your message; I'll try to build an Add-in as you
suggest.
Best regards,
Daniel
