thank you for that did not even know 9 was out but going to see if i can find
a trail of it

thank you for that i let you know how it goes

I think you confound Flash *Player* 9 with Flash 9 (for creating Flash
animations), which doesn't exist yet.

Ive just download and installed with no problem the beta test version of
flash 9 for creating flash web pages, But still the same as mx 2004 and 8
when u open a scene with inside a scene it take so long for the scene to
open, I dont know if this is a performance problem with vista or a program
problem woth flash and vista would be nice to know or if someone has found
out what the problem is or if its just my computer performance not up to
vista and this progam??

I have been running Flash Mx on Vista 5728 32 bit
and so far it's all running very well,
However I did find on vista 5600 32 bit, opening scenes was rather sluggish
I'm not sure what caused it and before I figured it out I had already
upgraded to build 5728
The only thing that is different between my 5600 and 5728 setup is that I
had Java runtime installed on build 5600 and not on 5728
But I can't really say for sure that jave had anything to do with it

So it may be a 64bit vista problem.

Ok found out the problem why flash runs slow when opening scences.
Its to do with themes setting if you run windows vista themes it will run
slow but if you run in window vista basic theme it works ok, dont ask me why
this is but it just works
