Is anyone aware of how I can get a Macromedia file onto a
PowerPoint slide? I have tried several different things,
but none of them seem to work. Please e-mail me at:

Macromedia as in Flash, or Macromedia as in Director?

Sorry, no can do. That defeats the purpose of a newsgroup.

Assuming (probably wrong) that it's a director file (as opposed to a flash file)

A quick answer.

Get powerpoint to call up the single .exe movie file of your finished director show by using "action settings" to play
"another program"

Geetesh has a good thing on inserting Director files. For that matter, he
also has some good info on inserting Flash. http://www.indezine.com

There's also http://www.flashgeek.com for inserting Flash (SWF) files.
