Column B,C,E,G,I,L is data, Column D,F,H,J,K contains
Formulas. My objective is to clear the data cells.
I know how to do a macro that will do this but I am going
to give this workbook to another area in our company and I
do not know if you can email macros. the columns are 700
rows down, so you will understand in this situation a
macro is what is required. I wanted to create a combo box
and put a macro inside the combo box so that when I push
the combo button on my worksheet it clears the cells, but
I have know idea how to go about doing this. Please give
me a solution to this.

Select the range, press [F5] (Edit > GoTo), click the Special button, select
Constants and leave Numbers, Text, Logicals and Errors all checked, click OK.
Only the non-formula, non-blank cells will remain selected. Press [Delete] or
run Edit > Clear > [whatever].
