I'm using Outlook 2003.
Each week or month I have my team of 12 people send me an
Outlook appointment when they are On-Call so I can add it
to my calendar (as an all day event).
Right now to accept these appointments into my calendar, I
have to sort my email by type, select all the email
messages that are the "OnCall" appointments, right click
on the selection, select Open Items, and then have to
click Accept and click "Do not send a response" and
click "OK" for each and every appointment (many).
I wanted to record these steps as a macro but found out
you can't Record a Macro in Outlook 2003.
Does anyone have a macro I can use to do this? Or
alternatively, do you know what the code would look like.
I've never done any VBA programming (I usually just record
macros) and I really could use your help.
Thank you!
