Excel Macro to automatically go to the right of the last colored cell

I am trying to find a macro to have the cursor go to the right of the last cell filled with R250, G191, B143. The cells are conditionally formatted to fill with color when they are older than today. I have googled, & have found text, dates, numbers, & values between. However, I have not found color. Is it possible, since the fill values are numbers? I have attached a sample, & the last filled cell is E21.The range of conditionally formatted cells is D5:Q30.
