Macro to Always Invite Same Person to an Appointment or Meeting Re

Can anyone direct me to a macro or suggest how I would create a macro that
would automatically send a meeting request to the same person every time I
created a meeting or an appointment in my calendar or accepted a meeting from
another person?

I'm trying to figure out the simplest way to automatically update my
personal calendar any time there is a new appointment or meeting in my work
calendar.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP on both computers.

Bump. I'd also like to create a macro that will add me a specific invitee as an optional attendee to existing appointments. This will help sync work and home calendars.
