Macro Needed

Forgot to add that in the example below, the endpoint
values, 56% and 44% would originally be displayed, but
after you put in the next month of data, I need for the
56% and the 44% to not be displayed and the new endpt
values, 89% and 11% to be displayed.

Lisa, You'd be better off, IMHO, using Excel. There are a variety of
ways this can be done in Excel using named ranges and no VBA, or using
VBA. Stephen Bullen has an excellent example using named ranges on his
web site. Do a Google on his name to find the address.
