Hi, I am new at this so please bare with me. I downloaded the sample Contact
Management Database using Access 2007, however the person I am writing the
program for is using Access 2000. After making all necessary changes, I
saved the document as an Access 2000 document. One of the macros will not
convert to 2000.

In 2007, on the contact details form there is a combo box where you select a
contact and it will populate the form with that contact's information. When
the document is converted to 2000, this macro does not work. I tried to
create one based on the info from 2007, but I don't understand the process.

How should I do this? Again, I don't understand a lot of this. In 2007 I
am able to click on embedded macro and I can see everything, but how can I
reproduce this for 2000?

Thank you.

I just figured out in 2000 how to create the combo box, but I don't know how
to tell it to fill in the form with the info based on the contacted that is
selected.

Thank you.

Never mind. I figured it out.

A Ryan,

Very glad to hear that you got it sorted.

Just a comment for future occasions... it is "common wisdom" that you should
develop databases in the earliest version of Access that you will deploy to.
It is just too easy to use functionality that is new to the later version,
and therefore obviously not supported if you downgrade.
