I think this is major and could be very confusing so if
need be, I can send my file to you.

Re: 'Tally Sheet' columns F thru AD

Intro: Sheet 'Nov-Sat-12' column A and 'Tally Sheet'
column A contain identification numbers for people.

Event: The cells on 'Tally Sheet' in column G do a lookup
on 'Nov-Sat-12' column A for an identification number, and
if one is there, it copies the number on 'Nov-Sat-12'
column N to 'Tally Sheet' column G in the row with the
corresponding identification number.

Need: If, and only if, there is a number on 'Nov-Sat-12'
column T in the same row as the number on 'Nov-Sat-12'
column N, then the number that is copied to 'Tally Sheet'
column G needs to be bold.

FYI: Identification numbers are always in the same row of
column A on the 'Tally Sheet' but can occur in any row of
column A on the 'Nov-Sat-12' sheet.

There are other columns with which I need to do the same.
That is why I thought you may want to see the whole file.

Many thanks in advance for your help!

Have you tried conditional formatting?
Click on the cell you want to bold then go to Format, Conditional Format,
fill in the condition (there are many) set the format.

Okay, it appears that Alan couldn't help me. Is there
someone else that can write a macro for what I need?
