In word I can creat a macro like Ctrl+D to add the date, but I cant get it done in Outllook. I make a million calls a day and it would help.

I just got my new dell reformatted and it is doing it again. When I open a contact I am not allowed to make changes tothe notes section or change the flag status. I cant save.It asks me to save but wont let me. Very frustrating because I use this all day long and my data is getting out of date quickly. I have tried rebooting.I do have microsoft CRM installed (hate it!).
Any ideas short of reinstalling again, or just going to ACT. (e-mail address removed)
