Macro Executes only in debug state in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I have a strange problem...

I have a outlook macro which works perfectly if i put a break point and debug using f8 ... but without the break point the event is not fired...

also while debugging (i.e. f8) if i press f5 even then it doent work...

Note:
this code is working perfectly fine on the other outlook instance...

i need an immediate solution to this...

any help on this wud be highly appreciated...
