I wish to have a macro that do three things in sequence, viz, when running
the macro,

it will ask me to,

1) input "a/c number" as many as I wish,
2) highlight the row which contains that a/c number in the worksheet, and
3) hide remaining rows not containing those a/c number(s).

Note: a/c number is the cell contents one of the columns contain.

Many thanks.

Please also c.c. reply to (e-mail address removed) (the only email a/c
through I can access in office)

Paul,

Select your data, and apply a filter. Then you can select which one (or
two) a/c numbers you want to view currently. There will be a dropdown at
the top of the column. No macro needed.
