I have a person who is using a Macintosh running OSX and using outlook 2001 to connect to our Exchange servrer. He used to be able to print his calendar and about two weeks ago he started getting this message "Cannot print because there are no valid .fmt files available. " I googled the message and found Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 168642, his machine does have the FMT files. I have even reinstalled the product on his machine. Any thoughts on this would be helpful.

Well, I finally figured this one out. It turns out that the damned fil
system was corrupt on the MAC I Used Norton Utils Disk Warrior and no
it works.
Hope this helps. PS: I'm thinking a failing disk could produce the sam
results
