I have been giving the daunting task of connecting two
power G5 Macs into our Windows 2000 domain. I would like
to get all the info or reference that one of you out there
has received regarding this issue. This Power pCs have Mac
OS X and I will like it to be able to interact with the
Windows 2000 domain. Thanks in advance.

SFM is OK, but you only have access to the folder hosted by SFM. Mac OSX has
the ability out of the box to connect to windows shares. Use the finder and
go to Network. It will take some time but it will eventually populate the
entire list of available netbios enabled PC's. Open the PC and you will see
its shares. You can then add them to the little bar to the left in finder.
They are treated like CD's (you can "eject them" to close the share. (I'm
sure I've missed a step in there somewhere but I'm not a Mac guy. You should
get the idea.)

If you want a more persistent form of sharing, look to DAVE from thursby
software. MS will probably buy them soon. lol
