Machine freezes with some links

My XP machine will not properly download some pages in the extreme.
Clicking on the link to the page freezes the machine so that a hardware
reset is needed to recover. Even the task manager is "not responding".
One site that does this every time is
http://eteamz.active.com/hcrpfitness/index.cfm?
There must be something on the page that gives this XP machine
indigestion while not disturbing the ME machines I have. The machine is
clean, having been scanned by HijackThis, Adaware, Spybot S&D and Norton
anti virus. Even video drivers were updated. All Microsoft updates are
on, for better or worse. Perhaps someone can tell from the source on
the page what might trigger a freeze and a possible remedy?

Where to get the Java VM

Check your Java Support
Found out what version you have and you should be able to get what you need.

Thanks,
I had already tried the Java route by downloading a Sun version. IE
tools/options/advanced reports Sun J2 v1.4.2_05 and JIT compiler
enabled. The test at http://java.com/en/download/help/testvm.jsp shows
all is well with a dancing icon. I am still scratching for
possibilities. I had enlarged the temporary internet files folder in
case that was a problem. No luck there either.
