Perhaps someone here can help me.

I have saved a PPT presentation made on Mac OSX. While it runs on the PC the
animations are terrible. There are many slides with several animations from
one text box fading into another etc. They look great on the Mac but are
essentially unusable on the PC.

Is there anything I can do short of creating a separate slide for each
animation? It will mean increasing the number of slides from 30 to over a
hundred!

Any ideas?

PowerPoint was what was running on a new Windows XP Home edition at a Staples
store as well as a friend running Windows (97)? Both had the same issues.

It seems that the text boxes ignore the backgrounds which should cover the
previous boxes but don't. Also some images appear without a mouse click even
though they are set not to do that.

Thanks

Depends.

Which Mac version of PPT, and which PC version of PPT are you using?
