Mac to PC conversion

hello all,

i needed help understanding the problems and solutions in designing a ppt
presentation on a mac then showing it on a pc. i am a coordinator of
classroom technologies at a major research institution in the mid-west. we
have just recently lost a lot of macs in our classrooms and professors are
going to have to use pc if they are going to show their ppt.

i want to understand the compatibility issues and conversion problems and
solutions before school starts in a couple of weeks so i can help the
professors with their classes. can you guys help me out?
