MAC Powerpoint note printing

I am trying to print the slides from a presentation into
handouts that include the speakers notes. The send to
word feature is not working. I would like it to print 2
or 3 slides per page. Please let me know if there are
other ways to do this or if I need an update for my
version of Powerpoint.
 
Whoops, sorry, just saw the Mac in the subject. Shyam's HOW is for the PC.

I did a search looking for an answer to this problem and found you
thread. It didnt help.

but i figured it out:
File - Print
In the Print menu, click the pull-down menu that by default is o
"copies & pages"
Choose the "microsoft powerpoint" option and where it says "print what
change 'slides' to 2 per page, etc.

This worked for me on mac OSX.
