Hello,
With Steve Jobs recently confirming the Apples move away from the IBM Power
PC chipsets and over to Intel, Im wondering what, if anything, will this
mean for the .NET framework and a potential Mac based CLR?
On the face of it Im thinking this means very little. With the CLR
essentially being a Win32 wrapper, i dont forsee this having any dramatic
effect on the likelihood of us seeing a CLR for the Mac anytime soon. Can
any of you low level framework buffs contribute anything to this question?
When, if at all, are we going to see a multiplatform as well as multilingual
..NET framework release?
TIA
Richard
