mac hard drives in 2k

Hi all,

Im currently working on a prokect in which the audio for a
DVD is being produced on a Mac running OS X and the video
is being edited on a 2K driven PC.

Is there any way i can take the IDE hard drive from the
mac and read it in 2K obviously witout having to reformat
the drive?

It sound dumb, but im just hoping i dont have to network
transfer or burn data DVD's of all this stuff! :)
