Can I hock-up two cable modems to two separate PC's too
get internet on both, or will it not work because each
Modem as a separate MAC:address? IF "ON" is there a way to
MAKE IT WORK.

Right, it won't work, because the cable internet service is MAC address
matched.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Your ISP will be glad to rent a second connection to you, at the
same price as your first connection.

Or, you can buy a router/switch, then connect the cable modem to
the router's WAN port and connect the PCs to LAN ports on the
router, and let the router do NAT (Network Address Translation)
for each of your PCs so that they can concurrently access the
net.

Or, you can use ICS (software routing) instead of hardware routing
to accomplish the same thing, at slightly lower cost but with lower
reliability. One PC (host) needs two NICs: one for the cable modem
and one to connect to the other (client) PC via either a crossover
cable or a hub/switch and a pair of standard patch cables.

I have two PCs in my home and two cable modems, one is
working and i woyld like to setup the other with out buy a
more stuff and will out useing ICS. So i guss i am trying
to find a way were i can get one MAC:Address from two
modems so all i have is the pc and the cable modem to get
on line.

Why don't you simply get a router and connect the two PCs behind it. that
way you can get the desired result w/o having to use ICS
