ma keyboard speaks french!

hello, I am having a big problem with my keyboard, I have
just installed a new PC and when I type my 2 key whilst
pressing shift, it types @ instead of a speach
appostraphie? Can someone help me =( How do I change it
back to normall because its not ONLY that key which
does'nt type the correct word or symbol
