M6BNE Overheating

Not sure if this is the right newsgroup, but here goes:

I have a 1 day old M6BNE notebook with 1GB memory and 1.8
Dothan CPU. It appears that the CPU fan never turns, so the machine gets
really, really hot after 20 minutes or so and I must turn it off.

How do I enable the fan? Is it temperature controlled and not supposed to
run all the time? Can't seem to locate a BIOS setting for it.

it should come on automatically.
Get in touch with vendor asap.

I have a M6NE, never heard of a 'b'.
