I have purchased a LyroMedia Webcam (cheapie) and it will not install

Contact the makers of the camera..
But there may be a reason they do not list Windows XP drivers on their web
page.

You get what you pay for...you opted for a cheapie that has no Windows XP
compatibility.

(Should have bought a Logitech).

Have contacted Menufacturers website and downloaded driver there -
documentation with camera specifically mentions XP

I had that problem to, go to there website and download the driver from them. I did and now it is working fine!!

find lyromedia webcam driver here with its 6 led's

I have just uploaded a driver for this webcam, if yours is the one with built in mic and 6 LED's then do a search for Lyromedia on Driverguide.com Or Flaxvert!! Hope this helps, this camera is still being sold.
