R Rifleman Aug 14, 2003 #2 [This followup was posted to microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers and a copy was sent to the cited author.] I need to open .lwp files on disks, is there a way to convert them to open microsoft word. Click to expand... It's Lotus Word pro. You either need Wordpro or some other application that will open them, and then "save as". MS Word is notorious for having the least number of other formats of any word processing package that I know of that it will convert.
