lwhere are local disks on a vaio

i have a sony vaio pc #pcv-rs412--there is a local disk c and another local
disk d -- i can easily see the hd that comes with the pc that is the
"c"--where is the other local disk "d" located?
please and thank you
 
Easy to verify as well. Click start/run and type diskmgmt.msc, then click
ok. If it is one drive partitioned in twain, you will see this here.
