LU1848 couldn't create a callback object

Received this message when installing Norton Intenet Security 2005. Followed
the trail to find iralrshl.exe file that was needed. It exists on the
computer in two places. It also appears that the registry is asking for the
correct file in the correct location. Yet can't complete some updates. Any
ideas?

Same problem here. Found nneded file listed as
LRALRSHL.EXE in the correct live reg folder. Changed it
to iralrshl.exe with no help.
