The above message appears, on ocassions, telling me that I
cannot connect to the internet, and I have, as now to use
another computer. Do not know what this message means.
Can you please help.

The message says "LTP1 you cannot connect to the internet" ?

I'm gonna take a guess here and say there's more to that
message than you are telling us.

Come back when you have the full text of the message. Write
it down on a piece of paper if you have to. Take note of
every little thing that happens before and after this message
appears.
