lsass.exe taking up cpu

my pc is constantly running at 100% and lsass.exe is taking up at least half of it
Why? How do i lower this? i have another pc where this program takes up very little cpu
 
Does the problem go away if you disconnect any network
devices you have?
Does the problem happen in safe mode? (Press F8 before
Windows loads.)
Have you run a virus scan with updated definitions?
